These profilers are suitable for use on materials such as Granite, Engineered Stone, Porcelain, Marble, and Limestone. While they can be used on concrete as well, the lifespan may be shortened due to the abrasive nature of concrete.

DAMO Profilers are compatible with any polishers or grinders with 5/8"-11 threaded spindles. It is recommended to use a center water-feed polisher with 3500 RPM for optimal results. The profilers operate best at speeds between 3,500-4,000 RPM. By utilizing the latest "Vacuum Brazed Technology," our profilers provide aggressive grinding action and durability while maintaining the shape of the profile, unlike Sintered profilers available in the market.

To ensure a straight and consistent profiled edge, press the nylon guide firmly on top of the material and activate the polisher. Always apply adequate downward pressure to prevent the Nylon guide from spinning during operation. The nylon guide plays a crucial role in maintaining the proper height of the profiler, resulting in a straight profiled edge. The ball bearing/rotary touch within the profiler controls the depth of grinding action to ensure the edge remains consistent. The application is complete when the grinding noise is no longer audible, and runoff water runs clear.

It is recommended to use a medium diamond grit Position 2 profiler after the coarse Position 1 for enhanced polishing results and increased efficiency.
